CatStep is a homework and focus companion with a one-time download purchase. There are no subscriptions or in-app purchases.

1. Using CatStep

These terms apply to your use of CatStep for Android, iPhone, and iPad, provided by the developer reachable at halfmoonaidev@gmail.com. Use the app in accordance with these terms and applicable law. If a child uses CatStep, their parent or guardian should review these terms, supervise use as appropriate, and manage any purchase.

2. Purchase and refunds

The app is offered as a one-time paid download with access to the included features. The applicable price, taxes, purchase eligibility, and download conditions are shown before purchase by Google Play or the Apple App Store, depending on the store from which you download CatStep. CatStep does not charge a recurring subscription or sell in-app items. Refunds and purchase disputes are handled under that store's applicable policies and any rights you have under local consumer law. For help with the app itself, contact the developer.

3. Permission to use the app

Subject to these terms and the app store's rules, you may use CatStep for your personal or family activities on eligible devices. The app, logo, artwork, and bundled media remain the property of their respective owners. Do not redistribute or resell the app or its bundled assets without permission, except where applicable law allows it.

4. Your content and local storage

You retain rights to the homework text and other content you enter. This content is stored locally; entering it does not grant the developer a right to publish it. CatStep does not provide cloud synchronization or a developer-hosted backup. Clearing app storage or uninstalling on Android, choosing Delete App on iPhone or iPad, losing the device, or a device failure can remove your progress. On iPhone and iPad, Offload App retains documents and data. Keep a separate copy of information you need to preserve. Details of data handling are in the Privacy Policy.

5. Timers and rewards

CatStep helps you organize homework and focus at your own pace. It does not guarantee grades, task completion, or particular learning outcomes. Fish treats are virtual encouragement within the app; they have no monetary value and cannot be purchased, sold, transferred between users, or exchanged for money.

6. Updates and availability

Features and device compatibility may change through app updates. The current core features work offline after installation. Downloading the app, receiving updates, and opening external pages depend on the relevant store, device, or network. A one-time purchase is not a promise of perpetual updates or support for every future operating-system version.

7. Consumer rights

We aim to provide a reliable app, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any warranty, refund right, liability, or other consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you.

8. Changes and contact
